Exact original URI text is preserved; no credential is invented. Country labels are not verified and remain unknown. Outline is a compatible classic-AEAD, no-extension Shadowsocks subset, not another protocol or extra nodes.

Copies and downloads contain intentionally public access credentials. Public operators can log traffic; do not use these for sensitive data. Source retrieval timestamps are not connection-test timestamps. Machine API and source decisions
